I'm going to give you a simple advice (if I may)- Keep Surprising Your Body!
- The diets, the exercise plans are that exactly- PLANS! If your body knows what's going to hit it- then it can ADAPT accordingly thereby weakening any impact of exercise. Remember your body will try to conserve energy (& FAT) the best way it can.
- Your actions should defeat this adaptation cycle of the body. And for that it is essential to keep mixing things.
Don't Let your body know whats going to hit it next. You keep surprising it- & it'll surprise you..continue looking into the mirror.
EDIT: I look like shit Nowadays- but that's purely due to negligence in my dietary choices. So please do take this advise on board (with a pinch of salt) and continue basking in sheer masochisitic glory. Many Thanks!
